The Thornton Hunt Inn is a traditional Freehouse set in an attractive grade II listed building which dates back to around the Eighteenth Century. It has been said that King Henry the Eighth stayed on this site while visiting Thornton Abbey.The Inn is situated in the quaint village of Thornton Curtis on the A1077 approx. 18 miles from Scunthorpe 5 miles from Barton-upon-Humber (and the Humber Bridge) 4 miles south of New Holland and 19 miles from Grimsby.We offer a wide selection of bitterreal ales lagers stout cider wines spirits soft drinks and children's drinks.
