Google Wave is "a personal communication and collaboration tool" announced by Google at the Google I/O conference on May 27, 2009.
It is a web-based service, computing platform, and communications protocol designed to merge e-mail, instant messaging, wikis, and social networking.
It has a strong collaborative and real-time focus supported by extensions that can provide, for example, spelling/grammar checking, automated translation among 40 languages, and numerous other extensions.
Initially released only to developers, a "preview release" of Google Wave was extended to nearly 1 million users beginning September 30, 2009, with the initial 100,000 users each allowed to invite from twenty to thirty additional users.

Björk - Medúlla

Have you ever heard mouth music? It's a traditional technique for producing music with nothing except rhythmic vocals - literally, just music from the mouth. Icelandic Björk isn't a Celt, but she takes the term "mouth music to new heights in the enchantingly challenging "Medulla," an album whose music is based on the voice. Björk embarks on her strangest and most experimental musical journey here. Not just one kind of song, but many - majestic medieval-flavored music to pop to hymns to an eerie vocal ballad backed by throat singing. Björk even beat boxes with a choir behind her, giving a sort of classical hip-hop sound to the music. Can't get that just anywhere.

Le 15 Août 2009 s'est déroulée à la Fougère, lieu reculé des montagnes savoyardes une fête extravagante que je n'aurais loupé pour rien au monde.
De quoi s'agissait-il ?
De l'anniversaire d'un des plus gentils garçon de ce bas monde, amateur de Soul, Rocksteady et herbe folle, j'ai nommé Benny Gordini, alias Denis "Larsen".

Un quart de siècle que notre pépère est sur terre, et ça se fêtait.
Dans la grange de sa ferme haut perchée se sont réunis pas mal de copains et copines, et la musique live a coulé à flot toute l'après midi et jusqu'à très tard..

The Very Best of Enya is a greatest hits album from Irish musician Enya.
The album was announced by Enya on her official site on 26 August 2009 and released on 23 November 2009.
According to the website, it includes Enya's favorite songs as chosen by her, Nicky and Roma Ryan.
It also includes a special edition DVD and a documentary regarding the album.

An announcement on Enya's official website stated that the release of the album was scheduled for 16 November 2009.
Roma Ryan confirmed the rumor to the media. The release date was later postponed until 23 November 2009 (and until 1 December 2009 for the U.S. and Japan). On 19 September 2009, the album cover artwork was revealed by Roma Ryan via the official Enya forum, Unity.

"Tarkus", título de um LP de 1973 da banda Emerson, Lake and Palmer foi a inspiração para a formação de uma das melhores Equipes de Rock de São Paulo ao lado da Fofinho Rock Club e da Led Slay. Formada pelo DJ Carlos Pandolfe e pelos irmãos Paulo Tuckamantel e José Antonio e contando ainda com o apoio de inúmeros amigos, em meados dos anos 70, a Tarkus se transformou num dos melhores pontos de encontro dos roqueiros de São Paulo.

A Tarkus era puro Rock'n'Roll. "Rock Pauleira" ou "Viagem" como se dizia na época. No salão da Vila Rio Branco, Zona Leste de São Paulo aconteciam apresentações ao vivo de bandas como Patrulha do Espaço, Lírio de Vidro e muitas outras, expoentes do Rock brasileiro da época, além de lançamentos de discos, filmes projetados em 16mm, festivais e um jornalzinho.
