Tom Waits - Glitter and Doom Live
Glitter and Doom Live was the name given to the tour Tom Waits undertook in the Summer of 2008.
The tour was announced in a performance art press conference on May 5, 2008.
Thomas Alan "Tom" Waits (born December 7, 1949) is an American singer-songwriter, composer and actor.
Waits has a distinctive voice, described by critic Daniel Durchholz as sounding "like it was soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging in the smokehouse for a few months, and then taken outside and run over with a car."
With this trademark growl, his incorporation of pre-rock music styles such as blues, jazz, and vaudeville, and experimental tendencies verging on industrial music, Waits has built up a distinctive musical persona.
He has worked as a composer for movies and musical plays and as a supporting actor in films, including Down By Law and Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Una banda con mucho poder y mucha más actitud, The Cliks se situa en el panorama de lo "alternativo" totalmente, en cuanto a su música una mezcla de punk y rock eneérgico, además de que sus integrantes son chicas muy alter, dos lesbianas y un vocalista transexual ,que antes de ser llamado "Morgan Doctor" se le conocia como Lisa.
Un buen disco para disfrutar, amenizar fiestas y bailes frenéticos.
Bastante recomendable.
